Handling Failure with a growth mindset and affirmations.

Science Adventure School presents to students what is called a growth mindset. When we fail at something, we remind ourselves that we can get closer to success through diligence, patience, and hard work. Failure is often the foundation of success, which is why success and failure should both be celebrated.

It’s important to develop an intimate relationship with failure in order to achieve a growth mindset. That’s why I am providing some affirmations specifically relating to failure. These affirmations can be recited as a personal mantra, or they can be used while doing journaling, meditation, or yoga practices.
